Thompson, Hornbuckle, Bates, Lavender-Bowe, Barrett, Estep-Burton, Pethtel and Miley move to amend the amendment on page 24, section 3, line 11, following the words “public schools” by inserting a comma and the following “and shall not discriminate based on sexual orientation or gender identity”.
